Fudge Brownies
These perfectly Thick Fudgey lunch pail brownies are Easy to make, and freeze well too! These will become a family favorite in your house i’m sure!
Into a Mixing bowl Mix Wet Ingredients:
1 cup Melted Butter (cool slightly so it doesn’t “Cook” your eggs)
4 Eggs
1 cup Sourdough discard
2 Tbsp Vanilla
1/2 cup milk
Whisk wet ingredients together , once combined add;
1.5 cups flour
2.5 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp sea salt
Once smooth ,Pour into 2 8x8 pans lined with parchment paper and top each pan with a handful of Milk Chocolate Chips , M&M’s or any goodies you have! Give your Pans a “TAP TAP” on the counter to release any air bubbles to keep them more dense-Bake for 40-45 Minutes- Toothpick test the middle to be sure it’s cooked through and allow to cool before cutting. Enjoy! Makes 32 Good size brownies!
