Apple Cider Muffins

These are SO moist and delicate, rich apple and warm spices are definitely what i reach for in the fall!

Preheat oven to 350…

In a large mixing bowl;

2.5 cups Apple Cider

1/2 cup Apple butter

3/4 cup melted butter (salted)

2 eggs

1 cup brown sugar

Stir until combined,

In a separate bowl combine;

3 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Stir your dry ingredients and then pour into your wet , Stirring until batter is smooth. Line 2 muffin pans (makes 24 muffins) using 1/4 cup batter per muffin.

Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Top with cinnamon sugar if you like!

(1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon)
